Mackerel can be cooked many delicious and healthy dishes. One of them - mackerel, baked in a pot. Fish turns out very tasty, juicy and flavorful. Mackerel cooked in a pot, can be served hot as a main dish or cold as a snack.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Spices

1. Defrost the mackerel, wash, cut off the head and tail, remove the intestines. Again wash thoroughly and cut into pieces with a thickness of about 3-4 cm, Marinate for 5 minutes (olive oil, salt, mixture of peppers, allspice, mustard seeds). Place them aside.

4. On the bottom of the pot pour a little olive oil, sprinkle pepper and mustard, put a Bay leaf.

8. Pour into the pot 1 tablespoon olive oil, add the Bay leaf. Pots cover with lids and put in cold oven.
