Oatmeal cake with apples in the filling
Diet pie for those watching their figure! Gentle soft base, with lightweight fill, in which we hid the apples!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Apple

    4 piece

In one bowl mix all the dry ingredients for the base, add the milk and knead the dough, which you roll into a ball (maybe milk will need a little less or more depending on the flour)

The dough will be slightly sticky. It is better to take detachable form with a diameter of 24 cm, wet hands to form the basis of the bumpers

Apples peel, slice, put on a basis

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling, whisk and pour over apples

Bake in a preheated 200C oven for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 180C and bake another 35-40 minutes, until just brown the edges of the bases

Ready pie to cool to a warm state in the form and carefully pull on the dish
