Bread with cornmeal
I want to offer You a sample of bread with added corn flour. The bread turned out tender and tasty. Perfect for a Cup of tea for Breakfast, and also to the first and second dishes.

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    100 g

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Dry milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Oil corn

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    360 ml
