The sauce is tasty, moderately spicy and flavorful! Perfect roast potatoes!
Ingredients

Cereals buckwheat
1 Tbsp

Sour cream
200 ml

Adjika
1 tsp

Allspice
-
Garlic
2 tooth

Salt

Meat
Cooking
To measure the right amount of buckwheat flakes and
grind into "flour".
Add sour cream,
adjika
salt and pepper.
Cut the meat in small cubes and add to sauce.
Mix well.
The sauce is thick. If you want thinner, add more cream. To put the sauce in a sauceboat.
Apply to fried potatoes!
