French sponge cake with jellied oranges
Delicate French cake with orange slices in jelly. Being prepared is not difficult and easily decorate a festive table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Gelatin

    2 tsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Mac

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Prepare cake French. For this, combine in the bowl of a mixer with cane sugar and butter. Whisk for about 1 minute. Separate eggs into whites and yolks.

I make a form of baking paper. Pour the batter into the pan and place in preheated oven. The temperature of the oven 180-200 degrees. Baking time 30-35 minutes until dry matches. Ready biscuit cool.

The orange clean and cut first into slices and then each slice into 4 pieces.

Mix gelatin with sugar and water. Put on fire and boil for about 1 minute. Slightly cool and pour it over the oranges, which are pre-spread on top of the pie. Usually on the bag fast freezing jelly prescribed instructions for its preparation.
