Chocolate clafoutis with cherries
Sometimes you want tasty and quick to prepare dessert. Clafoutis-exactly what you need. It is made really quickly and taste amazing. This dessert is something between cake and a casserole. Spending a few minutes to prepare ( about 30 min baking), makes a great dessert:)

Ingredients

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Milk

    300 g

  • Cocoa powder

    50 g

  • Cherry

    200 g

Cooking

Prepare the products. Nothing special. The most difficult is to cook the lemon zest. Cherries (if frozen) allow to thaw, drain the juice and separate from the bones.

In a bowl, pour the zest. Then in any order, add other products: flour, eggs, sugar, milk, cocoa. Whisk well with a mixer. Turned liquid, so-called pancake, batter. It should be:)

Greased form (I have 23 cm) with butter. Spread the icing.

Fill our berries test.

Put in oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. It all depends on the form and the oven. Check the readiness with a match (it should be dry).

Clafoutis is ready allow to cool a little, sprinkle with powdered sugar and our wonderful dessert is ready!) The taste resembles a mousse, pudding and pie at the same time. It is very tasty! Bon appetit!)
