Salad
The salad is simple but tasty. Particularly suitable for those who love seafood and fish.

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

    100 g

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Shrimp

    150 g

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Squid

    30 g

  • Greens

    10 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

    2 g

Cooking

Boil the rice until tender.

Lettuce and tomatoes cut into medium-sized.

The rice cool and put in a salad bowl.

Peeled shrimp cooked until tender. Light-salted salmon cut into cubes.

A pack of smoked squid slice. For the filling - add the soy sauce in olive oil, there also put finely chopped garlic, mix well.

All ingredients, except shrimp, folded into a salad bowl, season, add salt and mix well. Put the shrimp on the edge of the bowl and serve, sprinkled with herbs.
