Today I want to offer you another interesting recipe from this beautiful vegetable. Gnocchi came to us from Italy, but this dish in different forms known and popular in many countries. In fact these are the dumplings, which, incidentally, are not only potatoes, but also pumpkin, bread, manami... And they are served with various sauces. I decided to fry the gnocchi, so I like them more. And as a sauce suggest using flavored sun-dried tomatoes and herbs, rich in soy sauce and olive oil. It turns out very tasty!

Cooking
Potatoes clean and boil in salted water until tender.
