Description

Bulgogi
Bulgogi is one of the most common dishes in Korea. Koreans cook it at home, in cafes and restaurants. "Bulgogi" in Korean "fire meat", so the name of the dish is literally his way of cooking on an open fire. There are options bulgogi beef and even chicken. Bulgogi can be prepared in a frying pan, although it is usually fried on a grill. Head of garlic, cut the peppers and onions are often fried with the meat. This is my first recipe, I ask not to throw stones :) If you have questions, happy to answer, only my time zone is +7 GMT :)

To put our meat in the preheated oven mode grill for 10-15 minutes, then flip and fry the meat for 5 minutes. All our meat is ready.
