Beef Stroganoff breast of chicken
Simple and easy to prepare dish but delicate with a spicy taste! For those who want something new;)))

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    500 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

Breast wash, dry, cut into medium-sized pieces.

Chop the onion (at your discretion, I deliberately cut large).

In a pan pour oil, put chicken pieces, pepper and salt, fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

The most interesting sauce! In the original recipe instead of tomato paste use tomato juice, I was not, so I diluted the tomato paste with boiled water.

Tomato paste, boiled water (about 50 ml) and mustard mix until smooth.

To the chicken add the onion and fry until transparent.

To the chicken and the onions add the flour, mix thoroughly.

Add the sauce, mix well.

Pour the mixture cream, simmer 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garlic can be added at the end (so the dish will be more fragrant) or during firefighting. All very individual:)

The resulting dish garnish with greens. Side dishes can be quite varied: mashed potatoes, rice, vegetables, noodles, etc. Bon appetit!)
