The chicken cacciatori
I want to share with you another dish of chicken - the cacciatori, which will be able to diversify your menu and please you in the cool autumn evening! On the website there are two similar recipe, but each of them has its own characteristics, so the choice is yours. For the recipe thank Dmitry Sokolov.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pepper

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Dry white wine

    125 ml

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Olives

    1 can

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Sugar

Chicken cut into medium-sized pieces. As I mentioned, I prefer to use drumsticks. Fry the chicken in hot olive oil until Golden brown, add salt and pepper to taste. Bell pepper, celery stalks and onion. Mushrooms cut into quarters or halves.

Finely chop garlic and hot pepper (I don't use pepper). Fried chicken out onto a plate. In a dish, where roasted chicken, put the chopped vegetables and mushrooms (except the garlic) and fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Then add the garlic and cook for another 1 minute. Put the chicken back to the vegetables. Add the wine and on a fairly high heat to evaporate it. Add the chopped tomatoes, to taste the sauce to add if needed salt and pepper. I usually add a little more sugar. The fire abated, the dish simmer under a lid for 30-40 minutes. At the end of cooking add the chopped olives and stir.

Want to sprinkle finished cacciatori parsley and serve. For a side dish you can serve pasta. I prefer nothing, to me and so delicious ))
