Yoghurt cake with strawberries
Delicate cake with a fragrant and juicy strawberries sprinkled with nuts please everyone, try it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Yogurt

    250 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Semolina

    250 g

  • Strawberry

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Eggs to share. Beat the yolks with the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.

Beat the whites until soft peaks form.

To the butter-egg mixture with the yoghurt add the semolina with the baking powder and gradually stir in the beaten egg whites.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Form for baking grease with oil, put into it half of the dough and spread half of the berries.

The top layer put the remaining batter, spread the remaining berries, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake for 1 hour. Pie to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
