What can you say about this recipe? Only that it is insanely delicious!!! Tender chicken with sweet & sour sauce is just idyllic! I'm sure that you and your family will be delighted! Or just make a barbecue sauce (and he is prepared simply and quickly), and he will be your lifesaver. It will brighten the taste of the boiled chicken and any seafood.

Cooking
Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. Apple peel and core and cut into small cubes.
Mix the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar and broth.
The pan pour 1 tbsp oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and fry until transparent. Then add the garlic, Apple, red pepper and white. Stir and fry for another 2 minutes.
Reduce heat and add liquid ingredients, cook until soft apples.
Then beat with a blender. (The prepared sauce can be stored in the refrigerator up to 4 days)
Chicken fillet wash, dry paper towel and cut into small cubes.
Heat 2 tbsp oil on high (!) heat, add chicken and quickly sauté for 1-2 minutes. It should be white outside but pink inside.
Reduce the heat to minimum, add the sauce and cook with the lid closed 7 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
