Cooking

step-0
Prepare products for kneading the dough.
step-1
The flour with salt and baking powder will proseem and mix with sugar.
step-2
In a separate bowl with a whisk, combine the cheese, cream, vegetable oil and egg until smooth.
step-3
Combine liquid and dry ingredients and make a soft dough. Since I don't have to do )) I am manifested hooligan tendencies!
step-4
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out circles with a diameter of more than molds that used to form the bumpers of future tartlets.
step-5
Spoon the batter into the molds. I the dough is not kept in the fridge so I have it treacherously slipped into the molds. In the pictures it shows. Put all the molds with dough, remove the billet in the fridge, what would the dough became more manageable.
step-6
The oven turn on the heating t 180-190 degrees. But in the meantime, prepare a filling. Separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins will beat into a soft mousse in the stable foam. And the yolks will mix with the cottage cheese, vanilla and sugar until smooth ( I did this with a mixer).
step-7
Add oat bran from TM Mistral and whipped egg whites. All carefully mix with a whisk or spoon.
step-8
The stuffing is ready. Take out the molds with the dough from the refrigerator and make adjustments to the test forms. Now the dough was denser and not slide along the walls of the molds. The blueberries I thawed, so the bottom of the molds poured a little ground almonds. I have it acts as the absorbent. If you use jam, the almond can not to add. Further, a single layer of blueberries and cottage cheese on top.
step-9
Thus filled all the molds, not reaching a little bit to the edge, what would the stuffing have decided to escape during the baking process. Put the pan with the filled ramekins in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
step-10
Another 10 minutes my tartaletki held in the oven after turning it off. Get the pan with the dessert from the oven and allow to cool a little in the molds.
step-11
Served hot. Where cracks, I particularly like!
