Pork belly baked
Delicious pork belly, which I love in many families, and ours is no exception. Ready to eat for Breakfast, lunch and dinner and afternoon tea, of course. Brisket turns out tasty, juicy, flavorful, just mmm... help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Brisket

    900 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Mustard seeds

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Spices

The bacon rinse well, Pat dry with paper towels. Garlic to clean, chop on the plate. In the breast to pierce it with a knife and insert into the puncture plate of garlic.

Mustard seeds and coriander crushed in a mortar. Separately in a bowl, mix mustard and soy sauce.

Add in a bowl the paprika, ground Bay leaf, mustard seeds and coriander. Salt and pepper to taste.

Thoroughly coat brisket on all sides. Tightly wrap in a couple layers of foil and place in oven to bake for an hour at t 240-250C.

An hour to get the bacon from the oven, reduce the temperature to 200-210С, open the foil (careful, hot) and put back in the oven below the brisket was covered with a delicious crust.
