Pepper stuffed with liver and mushrooms
Cute appetizer on the holiday table. Recipe taken from "an amazing chef ". Preparing for Easter, the guests liked.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Cream

    30 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Peppers are cleaned from serdtsevina and seeds. And proverjaem in water 2-3 min. after boiling.

Liver clear from the films, cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil.

Add salt, pepper, cream, mushrooms, garlic. Stew 5-7min.

Cool, grind in a blender or grinder until the consistency of pate.

Pate tightly stuff the peppers.

A very sharp knife to slice the peppers into circles. Spread on lettuce leaves. Before cutting I held them in the refrigerator for about an hour.
