Salad with pine nuts
Lightweight, vitamin-rich salad. Add the watercress and pine nuts give it a rich and unusual flavor.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    400 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    400 g

  • Crackers

    80 g

  • Pine nuts

    40 g

  • Lettuce

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Cut cucumbers in a semi-circle or cubes.

The cherry tomatoes cut in half, if normal, then quartered or diced.

Add the croutons.

Add the pine nuts.

Sprinkle with watercress. We have it growing all year round for men.
