Salad with ricotta, cherry tomatoes and pumpkin seeds
This salad I tried in one my favorite restaurant. Like the idea of feeder layers soy sauce, lemon and olive oil in a separate container. It may be useful to someone! The salad is very light, and at the same time nutritious. Can replace full lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Cherry tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Ricotta

    50 g

  • Pumpkin seeds

    30 g

  • Soy sauce

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon juice

  • Beans

    100 g

Chop the lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Crumble ricotta (my homemade), you can easily replace the cheese. Add the boiled beans. Pumpkin seeds fry in a dry frying pan until Golden brown.

To make the sauce layers, you need to pour in a glass of soy sauce, then a thin stream pour the juice of a squeezed lemon. Wait a few minutes until the layers to the end is formed, then pour in the olive oil. Layers of sauce, also very nice presentation on the holiday table.
