Description
This salad, unusual and tasty. In the original, it adds a strawberry liqueur, which (says my friend acquainted me with this recipe) gives it a "zing". Berries you can use any, but you can several types at once. Experiment, and this "Ding" will become even louder and hrustalnie.

The products required. I did not add strawberry liqueur, but in the recipe it is (you can replace liqueur with 1 tablespoon of vodka + 1 tbsp strawberry syrup).
First prepare the dressing. In a small resealable jar, mix olive oil, sugar, vinegar, strawberry syrup and strawberry liqueur(if you use one).
The contents of the can well shaken and put in the refrigerator. The cooled filling is much tastier.
Strawberries wash, dry and cut into slices. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater, walnuts chopped not very finely.
Combine lettuce, cheese, and nuts, and gently stir. Better to do it before serving.
Dressed refrigerated salad dressing just before serving.
