Description
Balls of potato dough with pork (a traditional dish of the Swedish North). This is a very hearty dish that causes so-called overcoat paralysis: after a meal, you will feel the sweet languor and reluctance to move, and your home will be filled with peace.

For this recipe can use pork type bacon that is already pickled, but haven't had time to bloat.
You can well do without rye flour, filling its volume of wheat.
