Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Dry red wine

    50 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

To prepare the liver for use, pour the wine and leave for 1 hour. Onion cut into thin half rings and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
