Description
Korsan Guveci. This is a dish called Hotchpotch Pirate, because of the roasted carrot rings like coins. A real hotchpotch is prepared in clay pots. But I tried to cook in the pan.

Cooking
Scrape the carrots and cut into rings with a thickness of 0.3-0.5 cm. Beat the yolk of one egg and dipped the carrot rings. Toss in pan with hot oil, fry, and drain on paper towel.
Saute the onions cut into half rings.
Add the finely chopped pepper. Stirring occasionally, continue to fry 2 minutes.
Then add small pieces of beef stew meat for about 15-20 minutes. You can add a little water.
Season with salt and pepper. Add grated grated tomato, tomato paste, and roasted carrot rings.
Simmer for another 10 minutes. You can serve with your favourite side dish. For example, Fig.
