Appetizer of mussels and salami
A simple quick appetizer that would be perfect to brighten up the agonizing wait for a barbecue. So, someone that loves to pour and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Mussels

  • Salami

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

I'll note that the weight of the mussels is given without taking into account fluid. So, pickle mussels in soy and oyster sauce for half an hour. I use the sauces of the brand Blue Dragon.

Then take a piece of salami, wrap it in 2 mussels. First, pierce a toothpick to the edge of the sausage on the outside.
