Buckwheat pudding
At the request of some chefs I decided to make rice pudding. To be honest, I and my family liked it better than oatmeal and rice.

Ingredients

  • Porridge

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Grind the porridge with butter, egg yolks, sugar.

Proteins, beat in tight foam, mix with porridge.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 170...

... or in the steamer for 20-25 (I liked more in the steamer) Bon appetit!!!
