  • Mozzarella

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Saffron

    0.5 tsp

  • Mint

    3 coup

Onions clear and finely chop.

And stew together with the onion in a saucepan with a capacity of 4-5 l until tender.

Then pour the milk, add the saffron and chopped mint and bring to the boil and cook for another 10 minutes.
