To play cowboys? Get guns and cowboy hats. Let's pretend we're in the Wild West. And for dinner we have delicious cakes with fish sauce.

Potato boil in "uniform". Clean, make a puree.

Carrot grate, onion finely chop, fry in vegetable oil.

Cook rice as directed on package. Mix potatoes, rice, onion + carrots, add 2 tablespoons of flour. Season with salt and pepper. From the mass to form a pellet.

Sauce: In a pan melt the butter, add grated on a fine grater boiled eggs, lemon zest, all to warm up. Add the dill. The sauce seemed a bit thick, I diluted it with two spoons of natural yoghurt.

On the plate put the cake, top a piece of fish. Pour sauce, decorate with lemon and herbs.
