Yolk egg

Sugar

Lemon peel

Lemon juice
50 g

Sweet white wine
125 ml
Cooking
The products required.
Mix in a water bath the eggs, yolks, zest and sugar. Beat with a mixer in thick foam.
Add the lemon juice and wine and whisk (without removing from the water bath) with a mixer until the mixture will increase in volume 2 times. Remove from heat.
Pour the mixture in glasses. Decorate as desired. Delicious served with biscuits. Bon appetit!!!
