Cooking
Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and turmeric until complete dissolution of sugar crystals.
Should be lush, light weight.
Flour mixed with starch, sift, gradually adding in the egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula movements from the top down.
Form to lay a parchment, pour the batter and bake at 160 degrees for 35-40 minutes (ready to check wooden skewer). Biscuit completely cool down.
While the cake is freezing, prepare the custard. For this, 250 ml of milk mix with sugar and send it to the fire. The remaining 250ml of milk, mix with eggs and flour, beat with a mixer (or whisk) to avoid lumps.
As soon as the milk begins to boil, a thin stream, stirring constantly, pour in milk-egg mixture and cook until thick.
From sponge cake to cut the top, get out of the middle part of the cake to make a basket. To impregnate the sponge with any fruit syrup, fill with cream.
On top of the cream put the cherries
Close cut top, coat with the remaining cream. Sponge cake, which we took out the middle, crumble and sprinkle them over the cake. Put into the refrigerator for at least an hour and ideally overnight.
