After seeing this dessert from chef in one television program, are unable to resist the temptation to cook it the same day! Did not regret this - it met my expectations! Absolutely does not require the hassle and costs, fits perfectly into everyday menus and refreshments to the guests.

Cooking
For the basics'm going to need bread for toast. I used homemade milk.
Divide the Apple in half and cut into thin slices. You can leave the peel, but you can pre-clean Apple - according to your preference.
Liberally grease a bread raspberry jam and spread slices of apples on top.
Sprinkle on top of apples cane sugar, which subsequently karamelizuem them a bit, and sent our toast in the oven.
Bake it took me 20-25 minutes at 180 C. the House is filled with raspberry-Apple flavor... and in the meantime we proceed to the egg cream.
The cream is prepared according to the principle of Italian yolk cream Sabayon (zabaione). But in this case, in the course of going and squirrels - well, we use them too! Now, whisk the whole eggs with sugar, add the wine (in addition to the already listed varieties in the ingredients, you can also use port wine, rum). Heated egg-wine mixture in a water bath on medium heat, stirring often with a whisk, until thick.
When the cream is ready, pour it on top of our fruit toast. Dessert is ready!
