The salad was preparing for the New year (anything more original for registration did not occur :) as an alternative to "Herring under a fur coat", which is not a lot of respect. I want to congratulate all my dear and respected chefs with a happy New year and merry Christmas! Happiness and health to you and your family!

Mayonnaise
Cooking
Slice the herring fillet cubes, mix with walnuts.
Boil eggs, finely chopped.
Carrots and apples to grate on a coarse grater.
Boil the mushrooms, cool and chop coarsely.
