Rolls with avocado mousse
Avocado+shrimp+of sirrr... But the salads are already tired, and my daughter asked for cream. Had to figure out along the way using child labour. And what to do, who is now easy? But turned out surprisingly tasty and tender. Come, treat!

First, start the dough. Beat eggs with salt, mix with flour and gradually adding milk and butter, stir until smooth. Cover with a towel and place in warmth for 1 hour.

Soak the gelatin in 0.5 cups of water. Avocado, cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice until smooth.

Gelatin to dissolve and stir in the avocado cream, again beat and refrigerate.

Shrimp boil with tails from herbs and spices, a couple of minutes. Allow to cool in the broth, peel and coarsely chop.
