Fish with leek in cream
For friendly parties, this dish can be cooked in tarts of puff pastry. Quick, tasty, and hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    270 g

  • Fish

    250 g

  • Leeks

    100 g

  • Cream

    125 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

Fish cut into small pieces, leek - thin rings, mix, salt, pepper to taste. Lightly whisk cream with eggs, add salt, pepper, nutmeg(a pinch), finely chopped dill. The oven to include at 200*With a Layer of dough cut into 12 rectangles, put into greased molds (I have a muffin, tartlets haven't bummed :( ) fill the fish with stuffing and pour in the whipped cream (was 2 tbsp in each mould).

Bake 30 minutes at 200*C is not Immediately remove it to cool a bit so as not to break the fragile edges of the tartlets.
