Spicy meat
A very easy and unusual dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Ketchup

    1 pack

  • Vinegar

    0.75 l

  • Sunflower oil

    0.66 cup

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cut the meat into small pieces - strips. Soak in vinegar for 12 hours. The soak overnight. Vinegar can be periodically topped up so it covered them completely.

Chop the onion half rings and fry until Golden brown on incomplete Cup of vegetable oil.

Add to the onions the packaging of ketchup (add a "Ladny", but if you want the dish to be very spicy you can add chili).

Cook for another 5 minutes.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips.

Meat rinse and squeeze.

Mix the resulting meat with cucumber.

Pour all the fried onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    То есть мясо просто маринуется в уксусе, никакой термообработки не производится (жарка, варение, тушение)?
