Oranges in spiced honey syrup
Vitamin juicy dessert of oranges with an Oriental touch. When we exhausted the long winter, even a single form of bright oranges gives a boost! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Orange

    4 piece

  • Honey

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon juice

    0.25 cup

  • Cardamom

    6 piece

  • Carnation

    6 piece

  • Cinnamon

    2 piece

Cooking

Oranges cut into slices, cut off the rind with white flesh. Save the juice formed at the same time.

In a saucepan over medium heat connect the honey, lemon juice and spices. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add oranges and liberated juice, stir. Place it into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to oranges is well cooled.

Serve with ice cream or yogurt. More of those oranges with syrup would be a good addition to any cupcake or cake.
