In the mid 80-ies of the salad we had a frequent guest at holiday gatherings at work (then it was not the words "corporate event "), and this salad did our staff. He flew us off the plates very quickly. In my culinary notebook this recipe written called "Lobio& quot; - the name and leave.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1.5 cup

  • Walnuts

  • Dill

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Beans (I used black beans from TM "Mistral") rinse well and fill with water overnight (or for 3-5 hours). Then cook the beans in salted water with the addition of dill and parsley (a few sprigs)
