Pumpkin muffins with bran
Great biscuits for a healthy Breakfast will provide the buns straight from the oven with tea or milk. I really liked these muffins, I will prepare them more than once!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Bran

    7 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin

    1 piece

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

First you need to prepare pumpkin puree. Pumpkin peel, cut cubes.

Put the pumpkin on a baking tray, sprinkle with sugar. And bake 45 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.

Cool the pumpkin using a blender Porirua. All we need is 200 grams of pumpkin puree. I baked a lot more pumpkin, remaining pumpkin I freeze for other recipes.

Cut the loaf down the middle, so we got 2 rolls, spread them into the mold for tartlets. I have a silicone mould ( 6 pieces). In each form I have placed for 7 rolls. Form need with low sides, and a good radius. Normal odds are for cupcakes not suitable.

When all forms are filled rolls sent in a warm place for proofing for 20 mins. Grease muffin egg yolk ( I mixed the yolk with 1 tablespoon water) and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees 30 minutes. Serve the buns warm for Breakfast )))
