Then divide the dough into two parts and molding bread - round shape, not very high.
Lay bread on sheet, sprinkle with bran. Given a little rest. Bake in a hot oven (about 240 ° C). Don't forget to put a container of water in the bottom of the oven to form a crispy crust.
