Fish salad in mini tartlets
Another dish in the Treasury of lovers tartlets.

Ingredients

  • Tartlet

    1 pack

  • Figure

    0.5 kg

  • Salt

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Spices

Prepare everything you need.

Boil the rice until tender in salted water (I boil it in with a fork punctured plastic bags).

Cooked rice to cool.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater (but not for carrots in Korean - chips needs to be short).

Juice from canned fish to drain the rice, and the fish mash well with a fork.

To the cooled rice add the grated carrots, fish, and cut into quarters onion (if desired, onions can be pre-rinse with boiling water).

Mix well. It's a salad.

Now this salad stuffed with tartlets. Enjoy your meal!
