Scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese
Perhaps this dish to Finnish cuisine and irrelevant, but we tried scrambled eggs in Helsinki:) the Idea is simple and was lying just on the surface! How could I not think of this before?:) Delicious and healthy Breakfast for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cream

    70 ml

  • Butter

    1 tsp

Wash the spinach and boil with a small amount of water 3-5 minutes. If the spinach is fresh - take a piece if frozen from a package - 100 g (such spinach do not have to cook, just thaw).

3 eggs pour in the cream (you can milk).

Lightly whisk.

Poached spinach puree them in a blender or just mash with a fork.

Cheese cut into cubes.

Cheese and spinach add egg-cream mixture, stir.

Pour the mixture on the hot pan greased with butter. Bake on low heat for 5-10 minutes. Try to bake quickly so that the cheese does not melt.

Get easy, delicious and healthy Breakfast! Salt is not necessary, since and cheese, spinach and salt and give a very interesting taste to the omelette! 100 g - 153 kcal. Bon appetit!!!:)
