Stewed liver in sour cream with paprika
Recipes of cooking liver are many, but maybe someone will be useful to my recipe. You only need 25 minutes and dinner is ready.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    100 g

Liver - on your choice (pork, beef, chicken). I have the liver of a young lamb. I will not explain how to prepare the liver. Liver cut into small pieces, onion - semirings.

Heat the pan, pour oil, put the capsicum and onion, fry until transparent.

To the onions add the liver and sugar, fry for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.

Add sour cream (can be cream, coconut milk), low down the heat and simmer (with a lid) until cooked liver. That's all! BON APPETIT!
