Salad
The salad is light, tasty, fresh. Cooked very quickly. As usual, helpful and no hassle

Ingredients

  • Quail egg

    8 piece

  • Lettuce

    150 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    250 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Cut onion fairly finely and pickle in a mixture of sugar, vinegar, salt and water for about 15 minutes.

Chicken fillet shared on fiber. The cherry tomatoes cut into halves.

Quail eggs boiled (3 min. after boiling), cooled, cut into halves. Add a mixture of salad (I bought a ready-made package, there's also a carrot).

By this time the onion is marinated, drain the liquid and add the onions to the other ingredients. Mix everything together and refill. For the filling mix the olive oil and seasoning - Italian herbs (I have them in the mills, together with salt, therefore not additionally salted).
