Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    100 g

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Milk

    250 g

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Corn grits

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

Measure and pour water, bring to a boil over high heat. To fall asleep grits, bring to boil stirring constantly. Fire abated to a minimum and cook for 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat, cover tightly. After 40 minutes open the lid and cool. Sift the flour.
