Description
This recipe my husband cut out from the newspaper and asked me to cook it. Since there are no illustrations to the recipe I had to think through technology and design. Turned out very tasty pie. Especially tasty it was on the second day, when soaked from the filling.

Cooking
Apples peel, scoop out the flesh. Two apples RUB on a small grater. The rest of the slice. Flour mixed with baking powder, sugar, vanilla. Add the softened butter. Grind into a fat baby. Add the egg and applesauce. Knead the dough and put into the refrigerator.
Apples cut into thin slices. In a pan melt the butter, put the apples, add sugar and simmer the apples color.
Curd grind with starch. To it mix in apples and raisins.
Baking paper butter to grease. Divide the dough in half. The dough is quite sticky. Rolling pin and hands should be lubricated with vegetable oil. Roll out directly on the baking paper. To make the boards.
Spread the stuffing on top and make a grid of the remnants of the test.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Remove from the oven and allow to cool under a damp towel.
