Whole wheat fusilli with bacon
Tender dough with a crispy crust and juicy, flavorful bacon! Recipe taken from the magazine "Tasty and healthy".

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    240 g

  • Bacon

    8 piece

  • Yolk egg

    0.5 piece

  • Milk

    1 tsp

Divide the dough into 8 pieces of 30 g each. Roll out each piece of the piece of harness length 15 cm on a floured surface.

Each ribbon bacon I have cut down the length. Tightly wrap each harness spiral of bacon and place them on a baking sheet at a distance of 4 cm from each other, put in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise. (No photos as forgot to take off, it happens sometimes).

Prepare the egg wash by mixing the egg yolk and milk, put on the dough the egg mixture, trying not to get to the bacon!

Preheat the oven to 180 C, bake for 12 minutes and then immediately put on the grill. Serve warm!
