Preparation of the dough: Pour into a bowl 2 stack. flour, grate on a coarse grater margarine, mash with hands until crumbs. In sour cream add soda and salt, mix well. Spread the sour cream to the dough. The dough knead thoroughly with your hands. It should be uniform and easy to come unstuck from hands. If necessary, add more flour (still around 0.5 tbsp.)

In a hot frying pan pour vegetable oil, put chopped onion and fry until clear. To the sauteed onions put the mushrooms, fry until cooked, season with salt and pepper.
