  • Water

    200 ml

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Ham

  • Sausage

  • Tomato

  • Mushrooms

  • Olives

    15 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Tomato paste

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Cream cheese

Take the dry yeast, same amount of white wheat flour, 2 teaspoons sugar, mix in a bowl and add warm water. Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes. Add the remaining flour, salt and milk, knead the dough (if needed add some flour). Cover with a towel and leave to rise for 2 hours. The dough should increase in volume twice.
