Cooking
Take the dry yeast, same amount of white wheat flour, 2 teaspoons sugar, mix in a bowl and add warm water. Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes. Add the remaining flour, salt and milk, knead the dough (if needed add some flour). Cover with a towel and leave to rise for 2 hours. The dough should increase in volume twice.
Then to press down dough and leave for another 30 minutes. Divide into 2 pieces for cooking.
Tie each part separately in the area of the tray.
Grease the tray with oil, spread on a pre-stretched dough.
Lubricates the dough with a mixture of tomato paste, mayonnaise, black pepper, olive oil.
