This recipe quite by accident I found on the Internet, and, of course, simply could not look! And although 23 February is still far away, we assume that this salad with a brutal name (and quite "masculine" composition) - a kind of rehearsal.

Mayonnaise
Cooking
For this salad you need to pre-boil and cool carrots, beets, meat and eggs. Meat (I lean pork) cut into small pieces.
Add chopped or pressed garlic and a little mayonnaise. Put the first layer in a salad bowl.
The second layer put grated on a coarse grater cheese.
Third - grated on a coarse grater or finely chopped eggs, mayonnaise.
Then cooked carrots, also grated on a coarse grater.
And in the end - cooked beets. Layer beets smeared with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle top with finely chopped walnuts.
The salad needs a little stand in the refrigerator for impregnation (as practice has shown - better if overnight).
It turns out a hearty salad with meat and nuts and spicy because of the garlic. Well, the rehearsal itself is quite a success. All men and their lovely companions - Bon appetit!
