Salad of beet
I've been lying in the fridge a nice beet, huh, so to say waiting in the wings... and he appeared...

Ingredients

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Horseradish

  • Cucumber

  • Mayonnaise

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

  • Nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

Boil the beets in salted water. Drain the water and let the beets cool slightly. Then peel and cut into slices still warm beets.

While the beetroot cooks, make the marinade. Mix together the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, horseradish and a pinch of sugar. Warm the beetroot mix with the marinade and leave to marinate for about an hour. Meanwhile, cut the cucumber cubes and grind nuts.

Lettuce wash, dry and coarsely chop (my salad was not). Mix salad, cucumbers, beets, nuts and cheese on top.

Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, salt, ground pepper. Mayonnaise, put in a gravy boat and serve with salad, and you can immediately fill with this sauce salad and gently mix and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Well, the salad is ready, enjoy.
