Scrambled eggs with horsetail
The contest "Journey to ancient recipes" Grandma Juliana lived in the village "Golden beach" in the Permian Komi district. At the time, ate poorly, people were desperate. They had to eat tree bark, weeds. Many of the neighbors in the village left their homes in search of bread, but most died from starvation and disease. But the great-grandmother out of the situation, did everything possible to survive times of famine: collected on field horsetail (pistici), salted it, dried. So from generation to generation passed family dish "scrambled Eggs with piticari". In early spring we have the whole family go to the fields and collect horsetail to again and again to cook your favorite dish "scrambled Eggs with piticari".

Horsetail is pre-cleaned, washed under running water, passed through a meat grinder. I was frozen in powdered form.
