Salad with mushrooms and green beans
Tender, juicy salad.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

  • Mayonnaise

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

Cooking

Mushrooms wash, cut into fairly large.

Quickly fry by adding the seasoning (it will enhance the flavor of mushrooms).

The beans are not thawed...

Throw in boiling, well-salted water to cook for a short time, until, until beans are tender (try a knife), but will not lose any color or shape.

Drain in a colander, cool.

Finely chopped.

Dill I, as always, cut the "tails", they are frozen for broth, greens finely ruble. Garlic finely cut. Note - even finely chopped dill coarse happened. So, if possible, it is better to grind in a blender with dill mayonnaise and garlic.

All mix, dressed with mayonnaise before serving.

Forgot! Onions chop, fry and in a salad!
